Having had a history of sabotaging food challenges, I know how it feels to yo-yo diet, emotionally eat and obsess about food. I could never find an expert that I could connect with, who understood my world and my frustrations because they hadn’t experienced similar challenges. I sought out talking therapy and hypnotherapy but I found hypnotherapy only worked whilst I was receiving it, a few weeks later I would regress back to where I was before.
After much searching and seeking, I finally found the magic bullet that transformed my relationship with food and completely diminished powerful urges towards overeating. My mind is no longer ruled by cravings, I no longer obsess and binge AND I’m free of guilt if I need to leave food on my plate. Most importantly, I’m fully aligned and in tune with my body, reclaimed my sanity and created more space to focus on doing what I love. I let go of these patterns over 10 years ago and since then my weight has continued to stabilise and I’m certainly no longer controlled by food.
