Major Astrological Shifts 2023
Changes Guaranteed – March is on the Map!
In March 2023 we have 7 out of 10 cosmic planets shifting signs in the skies which is super rare though there are specifically two major shifts which are worthy of a mention and article investment, all happening in March! When outer planets have occupied a sign for many years, an ingress into a new astrological sign can ramp up the energy so we as the microcosm are obviously affected by this. I wrote this post as a guidance tool for social media but it spiraled into a bit of an essay so I’ve uploaded it to my website so you can dip in and out of it as you wish. When I write astrology posts I’m bridging my knowledge as a neuro-coach and intuitive into a blend of personal development soup that I hope weaves a resourceful tapestry for the reader. So without further ado…..
Pluto into Aquarius
The major news is kicking off with Pluto briefly dipping into Aquarius after a 15 year sojourn in Capricorn since 2008 and Saturn is moving into Pisces after 2.5 years in Aquarius. During this time we’ve seen bureaucratic empires under scrutiny; reconstructions of power, establishment shake ups, reassessment of our values and realignment of our belief systems. If you follow the world closely you’ll have seen and felt the dismantling of old systems and hierarchies, monumental declination of trust, mass exposure of elite misconduct and chaos in the cabinet. All very much Capricorn themes as Capricorn rules establishment and power.
As the rich get richer, the divide gets bigger but ultimately the unified masses have the greatest power and that is exactly where Pluto is heading. This next decade and beyond will continue to see an uprising in social morality, an intolerance to criminal greed and a bigger space for goodness in people’s heart. Aquarius is about “the future”, radical shifts and constitutional revolutions. AI will amplify and cyber-robotics will attempt to be more “normalised”. Keep your feet on the ground for big tech narratives. There will be impressive quantum leaps in science and advanced technological breakthroughs that could shift the tech-world as we know it (think advanced crystal technology). Artificial intelligence may ramp up and fear programmes get triggered but nothing can override the power of a human soul which is in constant evolution, infinite, boundless and immortal. Whatever comes our way, it’s important to be discerning, trust your gut and be open to critical thinking. Humanity is always pursuing to strive for greater things that will make the biggest difference to the whole and that’s what Aquarius is all about – cooperation, humanitarianism and seeing justice in all facets of maleficence. There may be more in the press about UFO sightings and aliens, revelations and exposure as we gain more clues to all that is unseen. Nothing should come as a surprise if you’re reading this, as you’re clued up anyway!
On a more personal level this is a time to reflect on the changes and shifts in the architecture of your daily life. Capricorn is ambition, methodical, hardworking, structure, longevity and the master builder. Pluto is death and rebirth, decay and construction, destruction and renewal. During Pluto’s transit in Capricorn; where have you restructured and re-mastered, persisted and endured? As Pluto hovers around the late degrees of Capricorn and early degrees of Aquarius into 2024, it may feel like a metaphorical time of death and rebirth, a tying up of loose ends, wrapping up a 15 year hike, going back over unfinished business or lessons repeating until you master and pass the tests…..in prep for your next mission!
Gentle heads-up; If you’re delaying your evolution in any form then circumstances may feel oppressive so it’s best to go with the current, rather than against it. If you’ve put in the hard work expect great rewards as Pluto and Saturn leave newly regenerated areas of your chart. Saturn delivers great rewards when you honour the time-lord!
Saturn moves into Pisces
Saturn (ruler of Capricorn) rules structure, authority, discipline, hard work, karma, suppression (as listed above). Pisces is the ethereal, esoteric, spiritual, dreams, imagination, escapism, subconscious, the unseen. It’s the deepest part of our chart preserving our fragile hidden wounds and agile mental strength, where we’ve either repressed and rebuffed or faced up and fought.
During this transit there will be many people up-leveling their intuition, more consciously accessing their inner wisdom and enhancing their emotional and physical wellbeing. For others there’ll be jolts, wake-up calls and insightful reality-checks where a serious call to action will lead to an undoing of emotional/physical entrapment for mental liberation. It’s all up for review; dysfunctional habits, blurred boundaries, being a rescuer/martyr, constant self-deprecation and inner torment. The lower expression of Saturn is all the above things which lead to perpetuating, deep unhappiness. With this transit some of the greatest healing can be achieved.
This transit of Saturn through Pisces will bring us back to reflect or revisit a time in our life that has been of great significance in previous years. Think back to 29-32 years ago, the previous time Saturn was transiting Pisces; what significant memories do you have? What came up for healing or needed to change? What lessons did you have to overcome? What was substantial about that time for you? Saturn’s upcoming voyage through the deepest part of our chart is a once in a 29 year opportunity to release karma and celebrate our personal evolution. Resistance would be a waste of this precious transit.
Without a doubt, transforming our shadows will be important steps to elevating our mind during this transit so we can be liberated and free from our delusional limitations. This will involve deep inner analysis, bringing the subconscious conscious and making powerful shifts in order to live your best life. Jupiter into Taurus May 2023
Jupiter is the great benefic so amongst the heavy load of this years Saturnian tests comes the planet of optimism and abundance in the sign of wealth and fortune! Taurus is about stability, strength, value systems and money. For many this could be a great year for investment, pay rises, personal promotion and enjoying the finer things in life. Get out in nature, enjoy a spa date, practice self value and make the most of this transit as an area of your chart is about to get an upgrade! But with all things in life you have to take action. Put yourself in situations that can create opportunities, expand your growth, connect you to others so you can manifest joy in it’s highest form!
