Anger is an emotion that we have all experienced at one time or another, however anger doesn’t necessarily need to be throwing chairs, screaming frustrations or being aggressive. It can actually manifest in quite the opposite way.
If you feel depressed, ask yourself what you are angry about. Depression is often related to anger which has not been processed or able to move through you and the emotion has got stuck or blocked.
