When I was battling with my own weighty inner conflicts I could never find a weight loss expert that understood my world and my frustrations because they had experienced the same struggle as well. I sought out hypnotherapy but I found it only worked whilst I was receiving it, a few weeks later I would be back to where I was before. Also it didn’t address the other core issues that I needed to put my attention to such as boosting my self esteem and switching my focus and attention to the other important changes I needed to make in my life.
Throughout my journey, I read many books, sought many varieties of alternative support and finally trained in Wingwave Coaching and NLP. My journey unveiled some amazing life changing techniques to instant subconscious belief changes and long term weight loss. Just as I was ready to give up. Having successfully eradicated my own detrimental eating behaviours, I am now sharing these amazing tools and techniques with my clients who have also achieved amazing results!
