How I Work
Every one of us is unique, so the way we work together is always tailored to you.
Some people come with a clear goal they want to move towards. Others feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things aren’t shifting despite their best efforts. Wherever you’re starting from, our sessions are a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on for you right now, and carve out a roadmap that feels manageable and supportive. My approach is warm, focussed, and empowering so you leave the sessions feeling uplifted, with practical strategies and ideas you can implement immediately. Together we explore what blocks or challenges you may be experiencing, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and introduce simple tools that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in yourself. We don’t spend hours analysing or going over the the past again and again. It’s about understanding what’s happening now, gently shifting what isn’t working, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and direction.
I offer face to face sessions in Brighton and online via Zoom, there are coaching options to suit all budgets and sessions are relaxed, comfortable, and easy to fit into everyday life. This can be discussed at your intro call. Some people choose to collaborate for a short series of sessions around a specific challenge, while others prefer a longer process for deeper, longer term change. You will have more clarity on what feels right for you during our initial conversation.
The Methods I Use
Over the past 20 years I’ve specialised in a range of coaching and subconscious change approaches, which I blend together depending on what you need. These include:
- NLP and mindset coaching
- Science-based methods such as Wingwave coaching (now available online)
- Emotional and nervous system regulation tools
- Subconscious pattern change techniques
- Confidence and resilience building approaches
- ADHD and Neurodiversity Frameworks
You don’t need to understand any techniques beforehand. My role is to guide the process in a way that feels natural, safe, and supportive.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you’re feeling stuck or just want to have a quick chat, the best place to start is with a short introductory call. This is a relaxed conversation where we can talk about what’s currently going on for you, what you’d like to change, and whether I’m the right person to support you. There’s no pressure, just an opportunity to explore what you need and what is best for you going forward.
